We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the staff graciously allowed early check-in at no extra cost. They even upgraded us to an Executive Room to accommodate our preference for a higher floor. We truly appreciated the complimentary anniversary cake and the approval for a late check-out since our kids slept in. Our toddler enjoyed the free access to the Kids Club, and the kids had a great time at the well-maintained pool. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had! A perfect wedding anniversary staycation filled with family fun. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and great service!

It’s very convenient if going to concert at araneta coliseum, walk in 2 mins. But be mindful in the morning the noise of the crowd could be really loud. Couldn’t sleep well! All the others facility is good.

Rooms are already outdated. Need to call just to have TV fixed. Exhaust not working in toilet. Not good value for money. Doesn't feel like a four star hotel. Even location is not 100% utilize for you still need to walk outside just to go the nearby hotel. B Hotel offers more value for money for same Superior Twin Room

Chose the hotel for the location. Service was great: they noticed that a friend was celebrating their birth that week and they sent a birthday cake to the room unprompted. Expected a bigger pool and amenities area but it did the job.

從印尼出發前，選擇的這家酒店。grap從機場到酒店116RMB，50分鐘左右。酒店地處奎松市中心SM等幾個大型商場的合圍地帶，周邊全是商場，購物吃飯都很容易，金拱門、KFC、DQ、Coco各種快餐飲品店應有盡有。酒店前台辦理入住和退房速度略慢，但是我們到的當天早上8點左右，直接給辦理了入住，並沒有讓等到下午3點，這一點對飛了一夜的我來説很有友好。

入住前已經在訂房網站付款過保證金了，也跟前台確認過，需不需要再交錢前台説不用，第二天我朋友單獨去退房的時候又説要交錢，我朋友沒有國際信用卡，結果非得我幫她再去刷卡而我比他先離開馬尼拉，跟客服掰扯了好幾天，打酒店電話態度也特別差，酒店管理實在是太差了，前台非常不專業

Check in time took more than an hour. Not sure if its because its holiday but the line is long and only 2 counters were open. Changing of towels is not included when they clean the room, we had to call and request for new towels. Room is clean, tho they dont have rooms for family. We had to book two separate rooms which was a bit hassle. Location wise, very near with everything. We watched a concert so its good that its just beside araneta and gateway. Breakfast is good. Pool is not big so it can get crowded easily.

We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

Girls from the front desk are always smiling. :) Room service was very fast. Security guards are very welcoming and always keen for safety. Poolside staff are very welcoming and is always helping with our orders. Room and amenities are the best! Thank you to the staff and crew for a wonderful stay!
